Maintenance
Our team is available for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-off visits. Maintenance tasks include and are not limited to: weeding, pruning, watering, pest and disease management, transplanting, and seasonal clean up.
If you are interested in learning how to take care of your gardens on your own we also offer personalized demonstrations that equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to tend to the plants and soil. Please reach out to learn more and to discuss how we can best support you!
Maintenance visits typically range from 4-8 hours long.
Consultation …
Each consultation is dedicated to thoroughly discussing your vision and how to best bring it to life, whether that involves starting from bare ground or reworking already existing plantings. We will walk the site together to make observations and record information. You’ll be asked to share about your goals, priorities, and budget. You will receive recommendations and support troubleshooting current issues.
If you plan to move forward into the design process we will take measurements and photos of the site. You will receive a detailed write-up with information from our time together, as well as information from further in-office site analysis if applicable.
Consultations start at $250. An additional $125/hour is added after the first two hours. A travel fee may be included.
Ongoing Consulting is available in-person, by phone, or video call.
Design …
We offer two different kinds of design packages depending on how much you’d like to be involved in implementing the design:
Partnered Design Package - This is for if you plan to hire us to install your design. You’ll receive:
A master plan showing the layout of plants, pathways, and other key features
A plant palette
A development timeline
Once the installation is complete, you may step into caretaking, or we can return throughout the season for routine maintenance. Maintenance packages offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits for the extent of the season.
DIY Design Package - This package is perfect for if you are ready to be fully invested in working to bring your vision to life but need guidance and support to get rolling. You’ll receive:
A detailed master plan with garden beds laid out and instructions on how to start building healthy soil
A plant palette with names, numbers, spacing, and planting guidance provided
Materials list and sourcing
Fundamental plant care tips
Helpful resources
You may also add two site visits and two 30-min consultation calls to your design package for personalized support.
Because each of our clients and sites are unique we build design prices individually to encompass the scope and detail of each project. Once your consultation is complete you will receive a design proposal with the total cost of the design.
